Four steps

How it works

From your first message to boarding the bus. Groups stay between 8 and 14 people, and one coordinator stays with you the whole trip.

  1. Send a request

    Choose a festival and a date window, then send the request form with your city, group size and any accessibility needs.

  2. Confirm the deposit

    We reply within one working day with a per-person quote, split into transport, accommodation, coordinator fee and service fee as separate line items. A 30% deposit holds your seat.

  3. Meet your coordinator

    Fourteen days out, your named coordinator opens a group chat, shares the packing list, the balance deadline and the 24/7 trip line for urgent logistics.

  4. Travel

    Meet the group at the pickup point and go. The weekend covers return transport, your stay, festival transfers and a coordinator on the trip. Meals, insurance and personal expenses stay outside the price. All travellers must be 18 or older.

Small groups are the whole point. Twelve travelers maximum on every departure, so the coordinator knows each name, each room key and each phone number on the trip. See what each package includes and excludes.
